Do I need to give IELTS/ CELBAN to get my license?
Every Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN) needs to meet the language requirements of their provincial body. However, depending upon your previous Canadian non- nursing experience and your Canadian educational courses, your province can waive off the requirement to go through the IELTS/ CELBAN exam.
Your regulatory body makes the final decision depending upon your application. However, if you already have the required valid IELTS/ CELBAN test results, it helps you by making your application process shorter.
